  • You inspire your demanding customers with your strategic consulting approach to our product range
  • You develop your customers with passion, act as a partner at eye level for our strategically most important customers and do not lose sight of the goal in day-to-day business
  • You ensure that the quantitative targets for your team are achieved
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers
  • You use the CRM system Salesforce including documentation and handling
  • Expansion and further development of communication and sales strategies
  • Identifying market potential, as well as observing and analyzing the market and competitors
  • Analysis of key sales figures
  • Strong ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
  • Visits to industry-relevant trade fairs throughout Germany
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in the medical cannabis industry is a plus


  • Successfully completed business studies or commercial training
  • Ideally already experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiating skills
  • Self-confident appearance and initiative
  • Quick comprehension and flexibility
  • Strong willingness to travel
  • Independent and creative way of working
  • Confident handling of all common MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Confident with Salesforce
